OWNERS LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE PROPOSAL
We propose establishing a resident service team (similar to a garden service) under the supervision of Capricorn Park’s Common Areas Manager, Neil Major (Strandveld Specialist and Landscaper).
The service will provide the following advantages:
Correct maintenance of fynbos on your site. After managing the common areas for more than five years, I am seeing some problems with maintenance at owners’ sites – incorrect pruning methods, unsuitable plants, or lack of any maintenance by some owners.
Cost effective rates. We estimate a monthly service fee of between R300 and R900 depending on the size of the site. This fee provides a weekly session by a small team of gardeners on a pre-selected day and time.
Staff will be our responsibility (not yours) for wages, instructions, clothing, sick leave, benefits, training, and lunch, etc.
All tools and equipment will be provided.
Additional maintenance. Jobs including bin removal, window cleaning, and rust maintenance can be provided by arrangement.
Existing private gardeners can be incorporated into our team.
Less time on your site. With a small team of gardeners, the time needed to correctly maintain each site should be greatly reduced and should cost less than employing a private gardener for a day.
Please also see the attached Guidelines for Landscaping and the Water Crisis.

TOTALLY WILD - THE EXTENSIVE BENEFITS OF ALOE
Our focus is a range of speciality products, the key ingredient of which is Aloe ferox. Our Totally Wild aloe and fruit juice blends are delicious (with no added sugar or preservatives) and our Aloe 24/7 organic juices have amazing benefits, that include lowering blood pressure and cholesterol, are high in vitamins and antioxidants, and are immune boosting. We also developed an aloe gel that has moisturising, regenerating, soothing, anti-inflammatory, and anti-allergic properties, and is also effective for skin irritations and skin disorders such psoriasis and eczema.
Having seen how effective the Aloe 24/7 organic aloe juice is for treating ulcers and digestive problems in humans, it made sense to offer this product for horses who suffer from stomach ulcers on a regular basis, particularly performance horses. We also market our organic aloe gel for horses to treat a variety of skin problems. Visit our website to find a list of stockists and to shop online.
